Eggs are pretty much the core of the PokéFarm site!

Ditto is an odd case; It can only be found inside the Lab (or ordered from the Egg Supplier) and cannot be bred with another Ditto. Breeding Ditto with any other Pokemon will result in the other Pokemon's offspring only.

Other Pokemon that breed with each other will produce eggs with a 50% chance of being either parent (instead of only being the female's species).

A Note On Breeding:

Breeding is when you select two Pokemon to go into the Daycare center. Like in the Pokemon games, they must be either the same type of Pokemon or compatible by Egg Group. Pokemon breed faster in PokeFarm when you put at least one Pokemon that you are not the Original Trainer of into the Daycare with one of my own, as well as being in the same evolutionary stage and close in level. Certain eggs may take longer to hatch than others, depending on the rarity, although some common eggs like Magikarp take little to no time at all to hatch, while rare or legendary eggs such as Jirachi can take a very long time to hatch.
